Daily access
The gate is open every day from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Drive-up units
You can pull your vehicle directly to your unit door for easy loading and unloading. No elevators, no long hallways.
Climate-controlled units
Climate-controlled units hold a steady temperature year round. They are the right choice for wood furniture, electronics, artwork, photographs, clothing, musical instruments, important documents and business inventory.
Video surveillance
Digital video surveillance cameras record the property around the clock.
Rent online, no office visit
The entire rental is handled online. Browse units, sign your lease and pay from your phone or computer, and move in as soon as the rental is confirmed. You can also pay your bill online and manage your account 24 hours a day.

Pay by autopay, online, or by phone. Phone support is available seven days a week at (616) 552-9908.
Your lock, your key
You provide your own lock. We recommend a heavy-duty disc lock or cylinder lock. Using one also avoids the $200 deductible on a tenant protection plan.
Month-to-month rentals
There are no long-term contracts. Rent for one month or for several years, whichever you need.
